[Karin Grunebaum Cancer Research Foundation](https://www.grunebaumfoundation.org) provides additional support to fund the cancer biology programming at Harvard. The use of these funds goes towards a poster competition, and the professional development awards for the best posters. The poster competition is typically part of the [Spring Symposium](/spring-symposium) held each year.

We hosted an online research competition in [2020](/event/grunebaum-research-competition?delta=0) and [2021](/event/grunebaum-research-competition-0?delta=0), allowing graduate students to present their work and compete for prizes.
