Support

In addition to generous gifts from family, friends, and colleagues of C. Kevin Landry to establish the Landry Cancer Biology Consortium, further support for cancer biology programming at Harvard comes from the Karin Grunebaum Cancer Research Foundation, established in 1958 in loving memory of Karin Grunebaum by her husband, Fritz Grunebaum, in order to invest in researchers who have made cancer research their life’s work. At Harvard Medical School, the Foundation sponsors projects by junior faculty members and funds training programs for potential new cancer researchers. In 2017, The Karin Grunebaum Poster Competition became an annual highlight of the Landry Cancer Biology Consortium Spring Symposium.
