DFCI COVID Policy 
All onsite visitors are required to have the COVID vaccination and booster at Dana-Farber and are required to wear a hospital-issued mask when in public facing areas. Masks are available upon entry into the building. Prior to your arrival on-site, you will need to attest symptoms here:https://prescreen.massgeneralbrigham.org. Select vendor/essential visitor and answer the questions.
