POSTDOC POSITION IN THE McCLATCHEY LAB AT MGH
The McClatchey lab in the MGH Cancer Center is currently seeking PhD candidates/graduates who are seeking their first postdoctoral position interested in thinking outside of the box and who are inspired by scientific discovery to work at the interface between developmental and cancer biology. Our goal is to understand how cells organize their outer cortex, and how that organization drives spatial patterning during morphogenesis and tumorigenesis, with a focus on the liver and peripheral nervous system. We are interrogating this interface using fundamental cell biology methods, novel physiological 3D models, mouse models, advanced quantitative imaging platforms and ultimately translational studies. An ideal candidate has expertise in cell biology, immunofluorescent microscopy of cells and tissues, and mouse modeling.
