Research
Kevin's research focus is in exploring new genetic targets that can modulate the immunogenicity of syngeneic colorectal cancers in mice. By working on integrating the Haigis lab's experimental mouse models with advances in CRISPR technologies to perform in vivo CRISPR screens, he hopes to find new avenues for promoting anti-tumor immunity.

Why LCBC
Kevin joined LCBC his first semester as a student at HMS after attending the various social events and parracuricular activities that gave him the valuable opportunity to meet new peers and faculty within the large cancer biology community at HMS.

Role in LCBC
Since 2018 Kevin organizes various social events and networking opportunities within LCBC, including (but not limited to) the Fall Welcome, Winter Holiday Party, and LCBC Happy Hour. He has also served as the 2019 LCBC Triviamaster. But the most important role that Kevin serves is to inform new and arriving cancer researchers about LCBC and the community it offers.
